Bozeman Market and Deli gets a new fresh look and rebrand by changing the name to Ollie’s Deli + Dawgs. The deli continues to be built on Bozeman history, neighborhood roots and a passion for creating food people crave. Keeping with that theme they decided to bringing the spirit of the original hot dog shop back to life with a fresh new identity and a bigger vision.

We’re proud to continue the story — one sandwich, one dawg and one customer at a time.

In December of 2025 Oliver and Catrina purchased the Bozeman Market and Deli so now, the next generation of the story begins! 

As a son and mother team they continued to combine deli-style sandwiches, breakfast burritos, coffee, beer, wine, and homemade flavor into one neighborhood gathering place.

Long before Ollie’s Deli + Dawgs, this little Bozeman business started as a neighborhood hot dog shop known as Paulie's Deli — a local favorite serving up hot dogs, sausages, fries, and quick comfort food on West Main. It was casual, fun, and built around simple food done right.

As the business evolved, it became Bozeman Market & Deli — expanding into a neighborhood market and deli known for sandwiches, drinks, and everyday convenience. Over the years, it became a familiar stop for locals, workers, students, and visitors alike.
